This new semi-detached residential project is part of a new development area in the city of St-Eustache. The logo represents an oak leaf floating on the water, recalling the tree essence associated with the project and the notion of water (river). In addition to the tagline "Life by the Wind" referring to one’s well-being, not to take life too seriously; such as a leaf that softly sails on water. A simple and beautiful scene, drawn from nature. A construction trailer, a series of web banners (Google Adwords), 5 leaflets and several newspaper advertisements, as well as displays (site sign, banners etc.) were made to answer the needs of the sales team.
